The Manitowoc Company is a provider of engineered lifting solutions. Co. has three reportable segments, the Americas, Europe and Africa segment and Middle East and Asia Pacific segment. Co., through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, designs, manufactures, markets, and supports various product lines of mobile hydraulic cranes, lattice-boom crawler cranes, boom trucks, and tower cranes under the Aspen Equipment, Grove, Manitowoc, MGX Equipment Services, National Crane, Potain and Shuttlelift brand names. Co. also provides aftermarket services such as sale of parts, commissioning and disassembly of cranes, training, remanufacturing services, field service work and routine maintenance of cranes.
